USA begin their U20 Trophy campaign at the Hive Stadium in Edinburgh, on 2 July, with a game against tournament debutants the Netherlands.
Last year’s beaten finalists Uruguay are their next opponents on 7 July before they take on Kenya on match-day three, on 12 July.

The USA U20s and Netherlands U20s played each other at the Correndon Summer Tour in the Netherlands in 2022, with the USA winning 31-27. Each team will play three pool matches with those finishing top of Pool A and B to play in the final onf July 17. The winner earns promotion to the 2025 U20 Championships.

The World Rugby U20 Trophy 2024 kicks off at Edinburgh’s Hive Stadium on Tuesday, with hosts Scotland one of eight teams targeting promotion to the U20 Championship over the next fortnight.
On Thursday, meanwhile, the U20 Championship continues in Cape Town and Stellenbosch as the competing nations jostle for a place in the semi-finals.
The second round of the U20 Trophy pool stage then follows on Sunday.

Eight teams have gathered on the U20 Trophy start line in Edinburgh with their eyes set firmly on promotion to next year’s U20 Championship.
