GREY COLLEGE WILL BE HOPING TO MAKE SOUTH AFRICA PROUD

Grey was made to work hard for their semi-final victory, but they once again proved their powerhouse status within the school’s rugby community with a stirring late effort to win the game despite not being at their ruthless best.

Made up of a mix of U17 and U16 players, the large majority of this Grey squad will only play first team rugby next season, but still managed to get the better of Cardiff and Vale College, who are back-to-back Welsh Schools and Colleges League and Cup champions.

Before this semi-final, Grey also laid to waste current RFU National Cup champions Trinity School in the quarter final of the tournament on Tuesday.
