Fixtures for the 2023 Northern Tour series between the Wallabies Australia and All Blacks have been released.
The Bledisloe is part of the Rugby Championship with the first game is locked in for Melbourne with a rare Thursday night game to be played. The first game will be on Thursday September 15 with the return leg is a week later at Auckland’s Eden Park.
The reason for a mid-week game was to avoid a clash with the AFL and NRL over venue availability for their final’s series.
The All Blacks retained the trophy in 2021 after winning Game 1 33-25 and following up in Game 2 with a 57-22 win. The New Zealand side completed a clean sweep with a 38-21 win in Perth.
