London 9s Rugby Festival 2024 Live ( LDN9s Rugby League & Rugby Union teams )

The London 9s Rugby Festival 2024 LDN9s is a unique festival in the annual sporting calendar as it welcomes both amateur Rugby League & Rugby Union teams, from across the world, to showcase their skills.

The event features open-age Men’s and Women’s clubs as well as 7s and 9s touring teams

All together; all in one amazing day!

All teams play in a 9-a-side format following a blended form of rugby league style 9s festival rules.

All playing fast and furious 15 minute games!

Format for London 9s Rugby Festival

  • Rugby League and Rugby Union Team entries in the LDN9s: the largest Rugby9s festival in Europe! All playing to 9-a-side festival rules.

  • Men’s and Women’s Pool groups

  • Fast-Furious-Fifteen minute games (no half time/unlimited interchanges)

  • Each team will receive up to 60 minutes of rugby

  • Squads of up to 15 players

  • Each team will play between 4 to 5 games over the course of the day (including pool games and finals)

08.30am  Gates Open- Registration opens (Closes at 9.30am)

09.30am Match Officials/Referees Briefing

09.45am Captains Briefing

10.00am  Mass warm-up (hosted by ‘Beyond Limits’ Bootcamp Trainers)

10.20am-3.30pm Pool Games (Pitch 1, 2, 3)

4.00pm  PLAY-OFFS (Pitch 1, 2)

5.00pm  FINALS (Pitch 1)

6.00pm  Prize Giving Presentations

6.30pm-10pm AFTER PARTY with DJ music

Each game: 15 minute games with no half time

The format is determined by the festival organisers and may need to be amended without prior notice
