The Lipovitan-D Rugby Los Pumas vs All Blacks in the Rugby Championship on August 10 at Wellington’s Sky Stadium, they want to continue their winning run. The All Blacks enter the Lipovitan-D Rugby Championship on the back of three wins in July.
The All Blacks are aiming to win the Rugby Championship for the sixth time in a row and steal a trophy from their rival Springboks, who helped them to victory in the Rugby World Cup final at the Stade de France last year.
While the All Blacks have typically dominated the South Americans, Los Pumas’ two historic victories in the series since 2020 have shown that they can compete with the big boys as well. New Zealand will host Argentina in Round 1.

Los Pumas vs All Blacks History
The first of two Rugby Championship games between the two countries this tournament will take place on Saturday at Sky Stadium in Wellington between the All Blacks and Los Pumas. In an effort to reduce tournament travel, New Zealand will host both of the opposition teams’ games at Eden Park the following week.
Unsurprisingly, New Zealand has consistently outperformed Argentina in their head-to-head encounters. The two nations have played 41 rugby Test matches since their first meeting in 1976. In all 41 matches, Argentina had only triumphed against the All Blacks twice; their 25–18 victory over New Zealand in Christchurch in 2022 was their first victory over the All Blacks on New Zealand territory.
Argentina intends to exact revenge for their previous encounter. In the Paris semifinal of the 2023 Rugby World Cup, the All Blacks crushed Los Pumas 44-6. Argentina had a fantastic tournament, but this outcome led to a bitter finish, so they will want to respond here to make a statement.
