The Roosters and Knights have cut their squads to 19 ahead of tomorrow’s match at Sydney Cricket Ground. Both teams will be looking to start their 2022 campaign with a victory when the Sydney Roosters and the Newcastle Knights clash at the Sydney Cricket Ground on Saturday afternoon.
After a disappointing end to their 2021 season at the hands of Manly, the Sydney Roosters will be raring to go this year with a side that coach Trent Robinson will hope can turn the club back into serious premiership contenders. Robinson, who recently re-signed with the Roosters until 2028, will be at the helm of the Roosters for his 10th season in 2022, and is the longest-serving Head Coach in the club’s history.
